I highly recommend enlisting Sandi as your real estate agent for any buying or selling assistance you may need. She went above and beyond with regards to communication, marketing, and showing the property. Our home was empty at time of showing as I had relocated to another state. Sandi visited the property before/during each showing and ensured lights were turned on, counters and floors were wiped down, candles were lit, and buyers were provided additional information as needed. She also provided feedback as far as lawn and home maintenance needs while I was away. The closing went smoothly due to the consistent communication throughout including text messaging, phone calls, and email. A++!

Vicki Pilato was recommended to us by a family friend. Before we heard about her we had talked to several Howard Hanna agents that were less than professional for a number of reasons. We did find one Howard Hanna agent that listed our house for six months last year but being new with them she found that Howard Hanna did not do business the same manor as her previous company in New York. We also contacted Berkshire agents that really showed no interest in helping us sell our home. Vicki is a hard working and dedicated professional that has many years experience and if she can't handle some part of the sale (or purchase) she knows where to get the help. She explained the complete process and made sure we understood every step of the selling and buying process. She personally helped us stage our house and took pictures for the listing. Then did a very professional write up of the house for the listing. Handling everything with showings and other agents needs and questions our house sold in six days. Vicki also worked with us on purchasing our new home. She researched the market for homes to meet our needs and sent them to us daily. Any homes of interest she would provide us information about the home and the market value to comparable homes. We worked Vicki for six months and she never stopped and we finally found a new home. Vicki again used all her background and knowledge to research the house and secure this home for us and at an agreeable price. Vicki also handled all aspects of the purchase and personally attended the closing which helped us with questions and concerns. We have already recommended Vicki Pilato to a friend who has used her to sell a property of his. Being in sales for over 36 years I can really appreciate all her hard work and dedication.

Tracy was very helpful in making sure that I got a fair value for my house. She is knowledgeable about the area and was very quick in responses. I also highly recommend Tracy as she went the extra mile to help with the selling process when I was unavailable. Tracy is a great agent!

JJ went far beyond what I believe others would do. She asked questions about what we were looking for and at our request, sent us information about the area and homes for several months before we started actively looking. She made sure we got answers to every question we asked and negotiated the price on our behalf (which let to a sale). We would Highly recommend her.

JJ Williams was such a pleasure to work with. We are buying our home in Florida from New York, so we were pleasantly suprised at how easy it was. JJ spent a great deal of time llisteninng to us to learn exactly what we were looking for, and she certainly delivered a beautiful home for us. JJ was friendly and personable, yet prepared and ready to work when we spoke on the phone or visited to look at houses. We feel we've not only found a great home, but also a great friend!
