Without all the knowledge of procedures by Grace Bergeron this would not have been a successful closing. She is really the amazing Grace. I have had the good fortune of knowing Alex Stafford for over 20 years, and have nothing but admiration for his work, his character and his never ending enthusiasm for whatever project he tackles. We started out with a Publisher/Photographer relationship which was tremendous, then we both had children enrolled at the same Montessouri School and it was there I really saw his devotion and steadfast support where it matters most - family. I would venture to say there are very few in Alex's league in the Sarasota area...dedicated, talented, detail-oriented. Jennifer and her partner are the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly real estate agents I even seen. They both helped me to buy and sell my property. If I had to pick from 1 to 10, I will give them 10! They are very experienced. I will definitely ask their help in the future
