Adrienne and I first met Helen Moore when, on a simple whim, we walked into your firm’s office in downtown Venice. We were from Charlottesville, VA and in town seeing friends. Helen greeted us and within a short time, she had us enjoying the process of learning about the market there. That was a couple of years ago and since then, Helen has been a very positive, skilled force in our real estate quest. In September of this year, just after the hurricane, we closed on a villa in Plantation. Helen had introduced us to Lou Davis with MSC Mortgage, and like Helen, Lou was gracious and very competent. During the process, I had an opportunity to meet several other members of the Saunders organization, including members of the Title Company, and they were all capable and pleasant to work with. You have assembled a good group and we look forward to working with them again when our needs change.

We were looking for a golf course condo in Bradenton, Toni helped us all along the way, arranged the showings and found comparable units. She made sure all of the documents were in order, keys were found, arrangements were timely, and attended the closing to be sure everything went well. We would not hesitate to call Toni again.

We have moved around and looked around a lot. I must say that this team of girls are beyond words the most heartwarming people we have ever met. What a true blessing to have someone listen...be concerned and help. It is not about the commission but they truly are professional, friendly, honest and caring. Keeping in touch but never pushy. If you don't get a chance to connect with them it would be a shame. More realtors could learn from them. Thank you!

We met these agent when we needed to see a house in 30 minutes and they made time for us to see this house on short notice. That house didn't work but they found another home for us and they went out and we facetimed the walk through. We put in an offer that day and we love the home. They have been helpful after the sale in getting info on the house. We really appreciate there help.

Jennifer Thompson was the listing agent on the home my husband and I purchased in Sarasota. Although she was not our personal Realtor we connected immediately. It isn't too often that you make a good friend like that but I feel like I did. Marta and I met in an interesting way. She was so professional about my "misunderstanding" about a property she was showing. I was made to feel at ease and she said she would be willing to show me something more in my price range. We worked together and even with multiple obstacles happening she found me the home of my dreams. She is not only a wonderful realtor but has become a friend. I would use her again when and if I ever decide to leave my dream house. She is such a blessing in my life and am so thankful that my "mistake" led me to such a wonderful encounter.

Michael, I cannot say enough about the fantastic and professional job that Stephanie Bugatti did for us in selling our home. She went above and beyond to make sure we received a fair price for our home and in making the selling and closing process seamless.
