I emphatically give Nicole Ryskamp an Excellent rating. I do so for several reasons. Nicole had the market insight, real estate experience, professionalism, attention to detail, and warm human touch to price, prepare, market, stage, and ultimately sell my mother's home in an expert manner. We're a family of five children (some local, some long distance) who together assisted our 89-year-old mother to sell her beloved home and relocate to a local independent living facility. Nicole was able to focus our collective efforts on what needed to be done to attain the optimal sales price, sales time, and sales terms for my mother's home, and then to make certain that my mother (who is single and in declining health) was gently guided through this transaction with minimal personal disruption. Risa recently sold a house for my mom. I was the power of attorney. This was a difficult sale, but if it were not for Risa, it might not have happened at all. My husband and I would recommend Mark to anyone that is buying or selling a house! He was very professional and knows his stuff! Our home was sold in less than a week and closed on time. From the first day we met to the closing of our Florida residence, Crystal was cheerful, professional and unwavering in her efforts to accommodate us in every way possible. Being a retired real estate broker myself, I am very well aware of the intricacies of a real estate transaction and the importance of having a good agent to represent your best interests. Sometimes the best measure of how good an agent is, as in our case, is when circumstances arise that jeopardize the deal. When trouble arose, Crystal stepped up and helped guide us through the legal issues, spending countless hours ensuring every i was dotted and every t was crossed.
