Jennifer was great to work with. She helped me find the perfect house in just one day! She then negotiated a great price with the seller. She is very organized and helped me through every stage of the closing process. Unlike other real estate agents I've worked with in the past, Jennifer truly cares about her clients and goes out of her way to make sure they are happy. What sets Bambi apart from other agents we’ve worked with is the personal involvement with both the buyer and the seller. We were very pleased with the professionalism afforded us and the knowledge provided by Jennifer Calenda and her assistant Makala McClannan at the Burnt Store Road office in Punta Gorda, FL. Jennifer was able to locate the property we were interested in, where another realtor could not. The overall land purchase experience was pleasurable, timely, and stress-free. Jennifer was also helpful in explaining the contract clauses, assisting in developing the fair market value for the property purchase, and clearly represented us as the buyer. Makala was similarly very helpful in responding to questions and coordination with the seller and the title company as needed.
