I have dealt with many Real Estate people over the years having bought multiple properties in NY and Florida. Maureen is the very best I ever dealt with. She is very smart and most of all a great communicator. She kept the deal moving and even helped me when the deal was done. In the future I will be buying a house the next time and there is only one person I will go to. Why? she is simply the best and once I find the best I stick with them. She is a real cred to the field of Real Estate. I only wish I could clone her for my dealings in NY. I wish her and her company all the best.

Maureen was great. She found a property that I described quickly, gave me market research and helped negotiate a very fair price. Follow up was excellent.

Maureen Horn did an outstanding job. There isn't any doubt that she is the best agent that you can work with in the Sarasota area. Maureen is very professional and she is thorough and leaves "no stones unturned". I highly recommend her and I would be willing to talk to any of her prospective clients with regard to the services she consistently provides.

Tammy is the most amazing person and realtor I have ever worked with in my experience of 60 years. We closed on an amazing property in August with the professional help of Tammy and I gave her a 5 star rating but the real story is how she helped us to get through Hurricane Irma as it blasted straight towards our newly purchased condo and we couldn't get any information on damage in the Venice area. We live in TN and were heart broken for the people in Florida and our new neighbors in Venice. Tammy was so kind to send us updates as she received information. We will never forget her kindness at such a traumatic time when she had her own problems she was dealing with due to Irma. Love and thank you Tammy!! We pray blessings on you, your family, and Michael Saunders & Company. Very happy customers Tanya and Russ Henze
