Jeannette and I were very pleased and impressed the way Sandy showed us the different places/ homes and lots we are interesssed in. Sandy kows the nigbourhood like her pocket. She is also very professional to work and comunicate with and gave us lots of information and brochures. We never felt pushed to buy quickliy. I am a loan originator who had the pleasure of working with Noel on a file that a previous Lender was not able to close. Noel represented the seller and I represented the buyer. I considered moving to N Sarasota so I started a dialogue with Kiley. She is knowledgeable, extremely personable and thorough in her professional approach. Her way with the spoken and written word is very impressive. My needs changed, due to elderly parents, but I will definitely use her services if the need arises in the future. What a delightful professional.

Doug was wonderful to deal with, and he kept perseveringly when several contracts fell through. Doug even did yard and pond maintenance when contractors did not show. Great job above and beyond call of duty ! Thank you for the sale of our house, and above asking price!
