Cindy made finding a property that met all of my criteria a pleasure and an adventure. She arranged more than 20 showings within a very short period of time, some of which we subsequently revisited more than once. Then she assisted in a variety of ways through the sometimes frustrating process of putting together a deal and then closing on it. Cindy is efficient and a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend her to anyone !

We bought a house on Palm Island with Kevin's assistance and we couldn't be any more happy with the entire process and our home. Our purchase was over a year ago and we are just as pleased today as we were on the day we closed. Kevin is one of the most honest, hard-working, knowledgeable and helpful people I have ever met. My mother passed away recently and I needed to put her house up for sale. I've never had to deal with a tough situation like this and anyone who has lost their mother and has had to deal with this will know of what I speak. Trying to find a Realtor is not an easy task as there are so many to choose from, and where does one start? I decided to start with the two companies that were spoken of the most. I made an appointment with both companies to see which person I felt the most comfortable with, and that is where I met Joni and Randy with Michael Saunders. What can I say other then they were god sent. They were very understanding and very kind and wonderful to work with. They made me feel very comfortable and were just the nicest people. When I met with the second person it was very clear that Joni and Randy were definitely who I wanted to work with. We listed my mothers house and with the help of Joni and Randy we were able to sell it within a couple of months. When any issues came up they were there to help us through all of it. They answered their text messages and everything else in a very quick and friendly manner. They made me feel like part of their family and in today's world that is a nice change. In the end the house sold quickly and well within the price range we were looking for. They saw us through it all the way to end and they also gave us a nice little thank-you gift which in my eyes went far and beyond what was expected. I urge anyone who has the chance to work with this couple to take it, because you will not be disappointed.
