Our agent, Stephanie Silva, was exceptional to deal with. She was professional in every sense of the word. Knowledgeable, concerned, prompt, attentive to our needs and questions, and helpful even in non-real estate questions about things. She coordinated things well with the home inspection, title company and was on top of all issues. We live in New Jersey and an out of state purchase is never easy, but working with Stephanie made it so much better!

I just wanted to send in a quick note regarding my recent experience with Brittany Blanchard and Debra Pitell-Hauge. These ladies went above and beyond in our home search and purchase! As first-time homebuyers, the process seemed daunting, but with the help of Brittany and Debra it was a breeze! In 1996, we were fortunate to be assigned Judy Nimz as our buying agent during our relocation from Manhattan to Sarasota. Twenty-one years later, we were again pleased with the accomplishments of Judy acting as our selling and buying agent as we downsized and relocated. Through her tireless efforts, we successfully sold our Sarasota home and acquired a perfect smaller residence in Bradenton. There were many hiccups and difficulties along the way, but Judy’s perseverance and depth of knowledge in the real estate market, together with the efforts of Bill Nimz, her partner, brought us to a very successful conclusion. Never did we feel our smallest requests were a problem for her or any question too far-out-in-left-field to deserve her scrutiny and close attention.

We were just out browsing one Sunday afternoon and stopped at an Open House hosted by Eileen Gillen. What an amazing, wonderful, honest woman. Although that particular house was not within our means, she was diligent in finding homes within our price range, and did not just send the automated listings, but made a point of keeping in touch with us and checking to see if our wants and needs had changed, and if she needed to add or delete listing types.
