Wow we can not say enough about Kiley Riccardi !!! We meaning the Gobbo's. We were looking for a home to bring our grown boys for the winters and Kiley found us the perfect one, after searching around each area as Kiley had done for us she was born and raised in the area and knows it well. We can now come down whenever we want and enjoy golfing , fishing and spend quality time with our family that lives there. If anyone was interested in looking for a home our first recommendation would be Kiley, she was on top of everything for us and in contact with us on every detail. At age 67, I had never owned property or lived in a house. Fortunately, I was referred to Marcia through friends who always gave the most glowing reports about her efforts on their behalf. As a complete novice, I needed extra hand holding. I soon found out why my friends raved so much about their realtor. Marcia not only guided me every step of the way, but made certain I actually enjoyed the experience of buying my first home. I really can't say enough - she was on top of everything, understood my needs, and made me laugh. Linda was truly wonderful! She sold our family home after the passing of my father. She guided me on how to properly get the house cleaned out and staged for photographs and showings. I was so thankful for her honest feedback. She also gave me referrals on house packers and cleaners. The house looked amazing and was sold quickly. She made the experience so much easier. She is a great agent! I live out of state which complicates the process and Linda made it so easy for me. I will be forever grateful.
