We have used Leah previously...it all started when she sold us our first home here in Florida, everything went according to plan. She is very efficient, honest and not "pushy". We then purchased an investment property and called Leah for her assistance...that too went well. Now, we are selling our home, called her and she is helping us with that as well as our newest purchase. I guess we think HIGHLY of Leah wouldn't you say? She is the BEST!!! A wonderful asset to Michael Saunders.

Cecile understood what we were looking for and immediately found a property that matched our specifications. Cecile was very diligent visiting the properties that we were interested in, sending us videos (since we don’t live in FL) and making sure that we didn’t lose the property, we eventually bought, to another potential buyer. We are so thankful, to Cecile who made all this process so easy for us. She kept us posted of everything, sent all the paperwork on time, was supportive and understanding, stood for us as clients, and did the follow-up for every detail, including repairs and coordinating inspections. Her follow-up after buying the house has been excellent, and she has helped us with getting acquainted with Sarasota. Cecile stands out as trustworthy, very reliable, knowledgeable, professional, and so easy to work with. I feel that we connected so well! We can’t imagine a better experience!

Elizabeth is thankfully in the process of closing our current house...We thought the tenor of her presentation was just right, and we had never seen a packet of information on any home as comprehensive as the one she had assembled. I had been searching for a year and a half and was absolutely frustrated with my previous Realtor. A co-worker referred me to Kathy and she got right to work. That same day she sent me a list of properties that fit my search criteria. She looked at all of them so we wouldn’t waste time and ended up taking them all back off the list. Kathy really did have my best interest at heart. Not to worry, a new construction popped up and it was perfect. A week later I was signing a contract! Dreams do come true. After we sold and purchased homes with Yvonne, my husband said, " She's a fun realtor." I had more in mind than that. She goes above and beyond for all of her clients.
