The first time Richard and I went to look at one of the model homes, Jim was there and we really enjoyed meeting Jim. He was incredibly knowledgeable in regard to the build of the home, everything from the construction to the materials. And believe me, my husband has a lot of questions. We came back for a second look and I made sure Jim was going to be there. Again, he was knowledgeable, conscientious, and a lot of fun! And, he makes a great compliment to our realtor as well. As first time home buyers, my fiancé and I had no idea what we were getting into. We were lucky enough to find the help of Kristi & Debbie who were more than willing and patient enough to help us in our search for our first home. They were able to answer every question we had and took the time to show up any property we came across in our many online searches. 10/10 we would recommend this duo in their home buying process, every time! They went over the top to help us and make sure we were comfortable and ready to make this big leap. There isn't a better way we could've expected this process to go!

Tracy is amazing, We happened upon her at one of her open house's she was having, we talked to her for a long time, but that house wasn't a fit for us, so my husband and i went looking at other open houses and found a vacant one. The listing agent/seller allowed us to look at it. It was "our" house. We wanted to write an offer right away, we called Tracy and asked if she would write the contract for us, and she met us right away and handled everything for us. We were out of state buyers, Tracy was gracious enough to be at every appointment at the house for us, since we couldn't. She is extremely friendly and easy to work with, but most importantly very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate transactions. I hope we never have to move again, but if we do, or if anyone i know does Tracy will be our first call.

Seven offers in three days! I think that says it all about Rise'. She knew exactly how to market my house and get it sold quick. Rise' is a professional lady and a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend her. Rise' kept me informed of inspections, appraisals and showings of my property and I really appreciated it. She is always a phone call or text away for any questions or concerns. She is an amazing realtor and #1 with me.
