My wife and I again met with Krista regarding a real estate purchase. Again, Krista showed extreme patience with a desire that my wife and I find the home that best fits our needs. She had the patience of a saint while offering great insight about relocating to Florida from the Midwest and offered educational resources to begin the process of our purchase. Having worked with several real estate agents in the past, Tammy is absolutely the best we have worked with. Tammy is professional, ethical, honest and works extremely hard for you as her client. Tammy's knowledge of the real estate industry and specially in her market area is most impressive. Additionally, Tammy's candid approach, patience (we saw many houses) and fun personality was a joy to work with. Tammy ensured we were totally delighted with our purchase. Laura Rulon and her teammate Cheryl Roberts are the most professional, caring, and capable realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have never had the pleasure of working with a more professional, capable, and caring realtor as Cheryl Roberts and her teammate, Laura Rulon. This past year brought numerous challenges for my family with the passing of my stepmother and the necessary move of my father into a nursing home. The sale of their home was the smoothest transition out of a long list of transitions, and it had everything to do with Cheryl. Her wealth of knowledge regarding the local real estate market, her expansive "home help" contact list, and her "boots on the ground" approach to managing every aspect of the clearing and sale of the house was exactly what my (out of state) family needed during a very stressful time. As we are moving to Florida from Illinois, we were very happy with Jaymie Carter, who seemed to understand what we were looking for right from the beginning. I could have been happy with several houses she found for us to look at, but of course in the end, she helped us find our dream house! And she did it with a delightful attitude and a joyful sense of humor. Thank you Jaymie for an easy enjoyable week finding us a home.

Nora was our agent in selling our home and helping us in our search and the purchase of our new home. Nora understood what our goals were in selling our home and was fully supportive in the approach in our home sale which we planned and implemented with Nora's knowledge and understanding of the market. Nora helped to provide that same level of service and market understanding in helping us find and close on our new home. Should we make a move in the future Nora would be the first person we would call to start that process again.

I met Kim days after inheriting a house I knew very little about. Even though I was in turmoil, she was able to help me navigate through getting the house emptied and sold. She really listened to my wishes and everything was resolved in less time than I had anticipated. She was always available to chase down keys and meet with service providers and inspectors. I can't imagine getting through all of this without her.
