Marcia was great. She was always available and returned all messages asap. We had 3 kids under 2 years old and she would watch the kids allowing us to look at the homes. Helped us and had our back during negotiations. We would use only her in the future if need a Realtor. She was great.

Over the course of our 30 years together, we have bought and sold a number of homes. We thought we had enjoyed the services of some good realtors over that time. Then we worked with Sue Lee. We have never experienced anything even close to the outstanding service that she and Chris Baylis provided to us. To our amazement, the home – which we had expected to move slowly because it was summer – was under contract in eleven days. And the process itself was exceptional: as is inevitable when a home is selling, there were some glitches along the way, but nothing fazed Sue or Chris. They simply, calmly, promptly took care of it and of us. We cannot praise their work highly enough. We can, however, assure you that when the time comes to list our current home, we will consider only one firm and one Realtor: Michael Saunders & Company and Sue Lee.

I had a VERY POSITIVE experience with Tom & Madeline Childers. I put my house on the market last year with another Realtor (for 9+ months) with whom i was completely unsatisfied. Rosalie just facilitated the selling of a condominium in the Meridian Towers at The Oaks Preserve within The Oaks Country Club. She was a so easy to work with throughout the entire process.
