We have known Jack for quite some time, and when we heard he was a licenced agent we knew we wanted him to take us through the home purchase journey. He kept a detailed folder of all the properties we saw, what our likes and dislikes were, and made the home hunting process very easy. He worked with our crazy schedules and was practically available when we needed him. When we found the home of our dreams, Jack guided us through the offer/counter offer process and gave us excellent feedback and expert advice. When we went into escrow, he made the inspection/detail process seamless as well and kept us on track with everything we needed. He came to the closing table and explained minor details to us like Homesteading our property, etc. and guided us with other things like how to get our home alarm system up and going and who to use for other services, etc. Now that the process is over, we are sad that aren't going to be in communication as much! Thanks to Jack and his expert advice for making the home purchasing process a joyous one. We will be using Jack for all of our future home buying!!
