My parents, Anita & Pete F., first came to LBK as snowbirds in the early '90s, purchasing an apartment at The Pierre. After a year or so they knew they wanted to buy a house, as condo living was not for them. They began working with your company--specifically, with Bobbie Banan--and bought 6695 Gulf of Mexico Drive shortly after. Over time, it became their year-round home. My parents were so impressed with Ms. Banan--as a professional and as a person--that they remained in close contact from that point on. When my aunt, Linda Cahill, was looking for a place on the Key, Bobbie found Linda a wonderful condo right across from the Centre Shops, which her family still enjoys. Bobbie recently helped me sell 6695 in May after both of my parents passed on. I am writing to let you know how wonderful Bobbie Banan is, as both a realtor and as a person. She became a tremendous source of support and comfort after the death of my parents, and we became quite close. When I had a bad cold, she brought me chicken soup. When my sister and daughter came down, she loaned us kayaks. And as I dealt with the often overwhelming physical and emotional drain of clearing out my parents’ house, Bobbie was there for me, offering support and comfort far beyond the scope of her professional responsibilities. We recently decided to move from MN and purchase a home in Port Charlotte. We choose Mitch as our realtor and are so happy and thankful that we did. Purchasing a home long distance can be very stressful but Mitch went way above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Mitch thought of things that we didn't think of and was truly there for us through the whole process beginning to end. We have had other realtors in the past but none that worked as hard for us as Mitch has. Thank you Mitch! You're the best!

We have had the privilege of working with June since we arrived in Sarasota seven years ago. She has guided and assisted us through three real estate transactions during that period. My wife and I decided to build in Venice last year. We decided to look where Jim happened to be working. It was just luck that when we came in the office Jim was the first person to greet us and therefore would be our contact person. I have been in sales all of my life and have pretty good instincts on people. After sitting down with Jim and telling him what our desires were, he immediately knew what we would be interested in and which houses to show us. He was right and we committed to building our new Florida home. My first instincts were totally correct. We were dealing with a true professional. Some sales people might have backed off helping us during the building process, not Jim. He went above and beyond his job in helping us with questions about our new house, our new community, and our new city. I very quickly knew I could count on him getting back to us in a timely manner and it would be spot on to our needs. In summary, Jim was/is our real estate person and now he is a true friend as well. Jim and Joanne Hammar are quality people who you can trust to take care of you and do it right the first time.

My husband and I would never think of using anyone else but Tammy Mast. She sold us our home back in 2009 when we moved back into the Sarasota area and so when we decided to sell and purchase again we had no hesitation to contact her to do the job for us. She is a hardworking and honest Realtor and works for you, which is hard to find these days. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in our area.

I could not ask for a more professional and caring Realtor. We found her on the internet from our home in New York. We arrived in Sarasota and spent 4 days with her looking at many, many homes. It was not until we arrived home did Tammy find a new listing that she knew we would love. We stayed in that home for 3 winters. She listed that home and it was sold in less than 30 days. She then found our new lot for our new home by knocking on doors. She is always available and there to assist the buyer or seller through the many steps til closing. We highly recommend her

We have bought and sold over 30 houses over the years and we think Tammy is the best real estate person we have ever used. She is thorough, professional and very knowledgeable about the market place. Tammy is also very quick to totally understand your needs and objectives which makes the process of buying property much easier and less time consuming. We are from Canada and she made the process of purchasing a home here much easier than we thought it was going to be. I would recommend Tammy time and time again.
