Janet has been our neighbor in Sleepy Lagoon on Longboat Key for 15 years. My wife and I recently purchased a home in Plantation. Susan Brooker was our agent. Susan did an outstanding job. She also represented us in selling our home. Her knowledge of the real estate business was outstanding as were her communication skills. She was exceptionally thorough in everything she did. We had several friends who wanted to visit the property before we closed and she was very accommodating to our every need. My wife and I can't say enough about Cone's professionalism, her knowledge of the real estate market and most important, her level of commitment to us as home buyers to the Englewood area. Those who know me will agree, I'm rather picky and finding just the right place would be a challenge for any realtor. Cone was determined she'd find us what we wanted though the market was limited to our requests. Throughout our home buying process, she was extremely responsive and thoughtful in her recommendations to us. The home she found us, could not be more perfect , a home with a few acres as we love the outdoors, convenient to town and best of all, near the grandchildren. We've used many realtors over the years, but Cone is the most service-oriented of them all. I guess I was most impressed by the way she made sure every aspect of the sale was handled appropriately with consideration to all parties. We walked away from the closing table with her and the sellers, feeling as though this transaction was a win/win for all. What a great experience and what a great friend we've found in Englewood.
