Kathy was referred to us by a friend and we cannot say enough good things about Kathy and her team of professional. we had three transactions in all and each went off without a hitch. I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone other than Kathy and Gregory. They were always available for questions and resolved our minor hiccups immediately. There were absolutely no major road blocks throughout the three transactions. All contingent contract requirements were immediately scheduled and recommended contributors were also professional and exemplary.

Annette Bentley is a patient professional, who listens to your situation and objectives and then efficiently finds properties to meet those objectives. Annette assisted us in moving from a rental condo to a stand alone home. Her extensive knowledge of Sarasota was a benefit in settling on our final location. We're very happy in our new home and location, closer to downtown. Also Annette arranged quick financing at the Main Street office and other needed services as we finalized the purchase. Overall we were very pleased with the complete program Annette provided.

My husband and I could not be happier with our experience. While our home purchase was not on the high-end of Sarasota's market prices, we were treated like our sale mattered as much as the top-tier clients. I give special thanks to Kristy Sommers, our agent. Kristy was recommended to us by a mutual friend who had worked with her on a home purchase. When we first met Kristy, our intention was to rent a home in Sarasota to become familiar with the area. Kristy gave us the red carpet treatment and spend a great deal of time and effort getting to know what we needed, showing us options and keeping us posted on things we had to consider. In the end, with Kristy's help, we found the perfect home to purchase instead of renting! Kristy was there with us from the first signed paper until the last, making sure we knew every step coming up and guiding us through the maze of the purchase. We first met Stephanie Silva when she hosted an open house. She was welcoming, friendly and informative. A few weeks later we decided to sell our condo and we called Stephanie. Throughout the experience she was always available by email, phone or text messaging, and was always ready and eager to answer our questions and reduce our anxiety. She guided us through the entire process with significant skill and experirence, gently but firmly helping us understand how the market had changed.
