I wanted to take a minute and let you know what an invaluable asset you have in your real estate agent, Jim Litton. Jim briefly assisted us when we purchased our condominium at The Hammocks. When we decided to sell the same condominium in 2017, Jim came into a difficult situation and absolutely rescued the day. His ability to counsel, direct and advise my wife and I in how to “repackage” our sales parameters was instrumental in the sale of our property. Monica is unequivocally the best realtor we have ever worked with. She helped us confidently relocate from half the country away by scouting out and sending us video walk-throughs of rental homes and guided us through and favorably helping us negotiate the terms of our lease. Having moved from a northern state, she acquainted us with local environmental knowledge as well as desirable home design and construction. When it was time for us to buy a house, her knowledge was invaluable. She gave us great advice during every step of the process. Not only did she find us the home we wanted in the location we wanted but Monica’s shrewd negotiating skills helped us secure a lower cost per square foot than any other home sold in our neighborhood for the last several years! After we moved in, she has been still there for us with a long list of reputable contractors to perform the work that was identified in the inspections. Monica consistently exceeded expectations at every step in the process. We never felt like we were being rushed into anything, but rather felt like we had her full attention even when we knew she was busy. She is fantastic! We can't recommend her highly enough!

Magda was a pleasure to work with. Her experience helped make us feel comfortable every step of the way in such a big decision for us. It was a blessing to meet Jo-Anne. She was very comfortable to speak to and once we sat down to discuss the sale of my home, and buying a new home; I immediately knew she was the Realtor that I wanted. She had done all her research regarding my area, and was very knowledgeable about the properties in the area. Jo-Anne made me feel comfortable throughout the entire sale and buy process. Once in awhile you meet someone who leaves...a lasting impression. In 2012, my husband and I set out on a journey to purchase a home in Sarasota, Florida.
