Laura Naese is an agent with outstanding skill and knowledge. Ms. Naese did a tremendous job researching potential properties for our new home and spent countless hours organizing our showings in a logical and efficient manner. My favorite place , wherever I have lived, has always been in the garden.I have cultivated and curated my present gardens over the 14 years I have lived here. Some of my plants that attract a myriad of butterflies are milkweed, lantana, and penta. I have orchids growing in the base of a palm tree, and Bird of Paradise tree, as well as ground orchids. There is a beautiful pink crape myrtle tree on the side of the house with a cardinal's nest in it. The cardinals return each year to raise their young, and I can watch them out my guest bath window! Some of my other plants are two gardenias, a dwarf meyer lemon tree, three native rose bushes, two pagoda plants, crotons, a gold mound, and a pineapple plant. My herb garden contains mint, Thai basil, sweet basil, sage, rosemary, tarragon and chive. My garden is a feast for the senses! The preserve in the back of the house affords great privacy for me and for the abundant wildlife. There are all kinds of song birds and owls that call to each other at night. It is truly a wonderful, quiet, peaceful place to live.

When we decided to move to Florida after living in Pittsburgh our entire lives it was a life-altering transition. Although we had vacationed in Florida many times, we knew that moving would be a dramatic change. We did not know the area, and had no friends or family here on a year-round basis, but we were drawn to the beauty of the Gulf Coast. So far our relocation has gone very smoothly because we were so fortunate to have met Matt Cannon. We first came in contact with Matt while he was employed by Lee Wetherington Homes, and we continued working with him when he moved to your company. That was the beginning of a very trusting relationship.Matt's knowledge of the builder, the lenders, the homes in the area, and the area itself made our transition so much easier. To be able to totally trust someone so far away was an important factor in our move. We emailed and called him countless times over the months that it took us to sell our house in Pittsburgh and prepare to make the move. He has provided information on everything from real estate matters to dog kennels! Matt went above and beyond in what is expected of an agent. His proactive work ethic needs to be commended because he knew what we needed before we ourselves knew. We had dealt with realtors before and never had such a caring and knowledgeable person. Many realtors, unfortunately, do not put in the time or the effort and look at you as a commission and not a person who needs straight logical advice from a personal perspective. Matt continues to advise and help us even though we have already closed on our house. We would whole-heartedly recommend Matt Cannon as an agent, and we hope that Michael Saunders and Company realizes what an asset this young man is to the success of the company

We just recently closed on our Florida vacation home and I wanted to drop you a line about our agent Matt Cannon. I just can’t say enough about Matt’s effort in getting our home sold. We had worked with two other agencies without success but once we started working with Matt, we knew he was going to get our home sold. Our home in Palmetto wasn’t a high dollar property but Matt treated my wife and I like it was million-dollar listing. Since we live in Indiana we asked Matt to do a lot of extra things to keep the house looking and smelling good in our absence. He never complained and we could always count on him to check on our house; he even helped us move some furniture. Matt and Jenny are wonderful to work with. They truly are there to serve your needs to the fullest. They helped make the purchase of our home a smooth process. In addition, we laid out some guidelines with regard to what we were looking for, and they had several homes that fit our desires. Matt and Jenny have been the ultimate realtors with their professionalism as well as being very personable. They have a good handle on property values and the wants and needs of the client. They went out of their way to accommodate us with buying our condo in Bradenton. We were conducting business from 1,000 miles away and Matt and Jenny went above and beyond with taking care of things for us. From taking care of movers to providing names and numbers of contractors, they were there. We also had some difficulties with our lending institution but Matt, Jenny, and Michael Saunders Group stepped in to take care of that as well. I would highly recommend Matt and Jenny Cannon and Michael Saunders to anyone looking for real estate in the area.
