Daria Spina took the lead and was truly exceptional in every way. From the initial search, to literally long past the closing she has been and continues to be beyond tremendously helpful, proactive, communicative, positive and has demonstrated repeatedly an ability to just get things done. I can assure you I am high maintenance and a pain to deal with, and I have been absolutely impressed with her professionalism, outside the box thinking, and follow up through the process. Daria went WAY above and beyond the call of duty in several key areas through the process. Her ability to push the communication between the bank, lawyers and sellers agent was borderline miraculous. Daria’s outside the box, forward thinking and negotiating not only solved all the issues but got us a price improvement as well. Not too many people take the time to be so thoughtful and accomodating these days. I absolutely undoubtedly could not have possibly gotten ANY of this done without her assistance, guidance and planning. Her willingness to give of her time, energy (and patience) is extraordinary.I find it exceedinly rare and special to deal with people so willing to do the best thing for their clients, and much above and beyond what’s required. It speaks volumes about her as a person, and agent, and certainly deserved sharing. She has become a friend through the process, which I think says the most. My husband and I were just throwing around the idea of moving over the last 2 years. We didn't really do anything about it until our old neighbor asked if we were still interested because a unit was coming up for sale where they live. They referred us to Debra Pitell-Hauge and that's when all the action began. Debra showed us 2 units for sale. We loved one and put in an offer.....and the rest is history. Two weeks later we are moving into our new house because of Debra's hard work and attention to detail, her willingness to make the deal happen. Even the small glitches were overcome easily under Debra's watchful eye. We want to thank Debra for all her hard work, her dedicated professionalism and her conscientious attention to detail. We had considered two other Real Estate Agents but like the 'easy to talk to' style of how Debra handles business. We especially like her 'Let's get it done' attitude. I just wanted to thank you for the professional manner that you both were in selling my home. I was very pleased with the advertising, many open houses and follow-up follow-up follow-up. Of course the most important display of your professionalism was your negociating skills and ultimately closing at a price that I was very pleased with. Both of you, Judy and Tara, were outstanding during the sales process. With most brokers that normally is the end at of the relationship at closing. Not with the service that you extended to me. Tom gained our confidence by 1) presenting a properly qualified buyer, 2) doing thorough due diligence on the market and the lease, and 3) clearly explaining to the buyer the strength of Walgreens leases wherever located. His attention to detail, even-handedness, creative negotiating and oral communication skills overcame major closing issues—helping both parties achieve their goals.
