If you want an agent that will work hard and go the extra mile to get a real estate transaction to closing, then Cindy should be your first pick. We live several hundred miles from the property, so it was great to have Cindy as the local point of contact to take care of the interactions with inspectors, HOAs, etc. She was really good about following up with all of these third parties to make sure nothing fell through the cracks, and also very good at keeping us informed every step of the way. Real estate transactions are becoming ever more complicated so it is nice to have Cindy on your team. Oh, and she is a very nice person as well.

Cathy was more than willing to walk me thru 101 buying a home. Having no idea what I was doing she sometimes acted ahead of the mortgage company in advising me about necessary things such as setting up insurance besides flood insurance, association application, utility company, etc. She also gave me a list of companies to call and who to speak with. I couldn't be happier.

We had not met Kim. She was referred by friends who worked with her to purchase their home. We live in Chicago and wanted to purchased a home in Lakewood Ranch. Kim made the purchase details very easy, answered all questions and gave great referrals. She was such a great help to us. It was a relief to know that there was someone in Florida who was taking care of us and looking out for us. We would refer her to family and friends in a heartbeat.

This is the second house we have bought through Jody and we were extremely pleased both times. We plan to list one of our houses with her in the next couple of months. We have worked with Drew on a few transactions. HE is highly ethical and full of integrity. Drew guided us to purchase our forever home and steered us away from homes that didn't suit our long term needs. He was patient with us and we never felt rushed pr pressured to make a purchase over the year long search process.
