EXCELLENT!!! Debra worked hard and spent a lot of time marketing my property. Even though my property was not an expensive high end, big commission reward for her she held 3 or more open houses and made sure it was getting the advertisement it needed in print, online and through out MLS. In the short time it was on the market she kept me informed of local market developments as well as all showings. I couldn't be happier or feel more lucky to have listed my property with Debra and highly recommend her!

Working with Pam and Jinny was a lot of fun. My mom and I were "snowbirding" in Lakeland and decided that we wanted to buy a place on the Gulf side. We called Michael Saunders re: a mobile home we saw on line and Jinny and Pam were assigned to us. They worked diligently to determine our preferences as we visited many mobile homes and later on condos. They packed full schedules so as not to waste our trips over to Bradenton. The condo we chose was the last of about 7 we visited that particular day but we were ecstatic when we walked in to see it. It was everything we wanted and more! We went to the office to make an offer at the end of the day and were prepared to wait for the response. Just as we were pulling out of the parking lot, out came Pam running down the sidewalk and grinning from ear to ear, and Jinny close behind with papers in her hand. The sellers had been contacted and already made a counter offer which we accepted and we literally signed the papers without having to get out of the car! We had a great laugh with the couple who had come with us that day and she took these pictures of us as the 6 of us joined in gratitude and celebrated a long and exhausting but fruitful and memorable day we will never forget! We thank Pam and Jinny and their determination to find the perfect place for us.

Gregory was extremely attentive and responsive while my husband and I were in the process of purchasing our condo. We live out of state and he was very helpful in walking us through the whole process of buying our new home. I would certainly work with him again if given the opportunity as he went above and beyond his role as a realtor.
