5 stars for Debra. Although We became absentee owners of the Port Charlotte home, Debra made us feel at ease that everything would be handled quickly and professionally. And it was. Got the job done!!! We had a tenant in our unit when we were selling it who was very uncooperative. Tenant not happy we were selling and made showings very difficult for Malihe. Malihe was very patient and professional with her. Malihe kept us informed every step of the way and sold the unit!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, whatever your real-estate needs, start with Marybeth. She listed out condo less than three months ago and we have the money from the sale in our bank today. The selling price was 99.89% of the listing price. She will bring a ray of sunshine with her. The photographer she chose did an outstanding job for the listing and brochure. She is the best real-estate agent in the area.
