My experience with Marie is that she spends hours and hours looking for the perfect home for her clients. When we decided to move to Sarasota, we sat down with Marie and discussed, in generalities. what we liked and didn't like in a home. She also familiarized us in the Sarasota area, which was so helpful when looking at properties. Marie scheduled appointments at places we loved. You could tell she cared and did the running around for us so that we would only look at those places that met our criteria. We will always love Marie for caring enough to find our perfect home.

I couldn't have gotten a better broker than Linda Thompson. I was not able to come down to see properties in person Our daughter came to Florida and looked at the home we eventually bought. After speaking to her, Linda was able to get a sense of our family dynamic, unique needs, and what we were truly looking for in our new home. At one point we almost lost our home to another bid. We all recognized that this home was THE home for us and Linda felt so as well so she stayed on top of monitoring the property's status while tempering our expectations and showing new options. As soon as the last bid fell through Linda jumped on top of submitting a new offer for us within 24 hrs. Buying from out of state, having our primary bank in another state and working together from a different timezone to coordinate each milestone deadline was the hardest challenge but she was on top of it all and I so needed the extra push that she gave me to make it through. She was also a helpful resource to me as I navigated my way through the use of certain types of technology/online platforms that were unfamiliar to make these deadlines happen. When it came time for the home inspection, my family could not be there in person but had faith in Linda to look out for our best interests throughout the process. She was honest, patient, personable, trustworthy and very easy to get in touch with when needed. She was just great to work with on all levels. She was always a step ahead of the game, uncompromising in her support, very professional and knowledgeable in her field. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice. Thank you Linda!
