Cathy is very professional and walked me through every step of what to do and how to do it. She is very knowledgeable, knew exactly what I was looking for, checked daily for new listings and jumped on the one I bought within a couple hours of its posting. She arranged a viewing for me that day and helped me make an offer that was accepted. Would definitely recommend Cathy!

Debi is a very dedicated and conscientious realtor. My husband and I wanted to purchase a condo in Sarasota, but we weren't quite sure of the exact area. Since we live in New York, it was important for us to find a realtor who had knowledge of the area and was willing to allocate a few days to meet with us and show us around. Debi showed us a variety of condominiums in many communities within Sarasota. She has endless energy, is willing to work round the clock and she is always available to speak on the phone or answer a text or email.
