We had a wonderful experience maneuvering through the maze that a real estate search and eventual purchase can be. Barbara listened to our needs, respected our budget and flawlessly led us on an extremely efficient 2-day search West of the Trail, in Sarasota to find our winter get away! We had communicated to her electronically before we arrived in Sarasota, she had hand picked certain properties for us to view, then she and Julia McClung proceeded to make it an enjoyable few days. We were on a mission to find something to purchase before we headed back north, and Barbara and Julia came through! Their knowledge of the local real estate market is top notch and her advise is invaluable. We purchased in November 2016, and Barbara is still involved with helping us out and staying "on top" of things when are away. In our eyes, Barbara and Julia are the "Go To" Real Estate agents in the Sarasota area!

Wow...we have bought and sold many houses in our life and Christina is one of the abaolute BEST Realtors around!!! She is not only knowledgeable and careful, she is on your side and not just trying to sell you something!!! AND she does this all with a smile on her face and lots of fun. Five stars for sure! Susan was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the whole selling and buying real estate priocess and local conditions. She had our back dealing with a difficult seller. She always answered questions promptly and it was easy to communicate back and forth whether via phone, email or texting.
