Buying and selling real estate was important for retirement in my final years. As I got to that final part of putting it all together you were there for me. I cannot find the words to express how much I appreciate all you did for me. You guided me through a difficult time. You kept me informed and up to date. Our experience with Michael has been outstanding. He has made every effort to accommodate our schedule even with last minute requests. Michael has been responsive and patient no matter how many questions we asked. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. He instructed us in the negotiation phase and we ended up purchasing the home at a great price. We will definitely call Michael if we decide to invest in other properties.

We recently sold our home and purchased a new home with Sheila Meeks. Harvey Long helped us buy one house and sell another in less than a month. He made the process as stress free as possible. He was always available for our phone calls and quick to take action to keep the process moving quickly. Realizing the obstacles that could develop, he would plan the course of action that would solve the problem. Harvey is tremendously knowledgeable in terms of the Florida housing market; he frequently took the time to explain to us the required procedures. There were six offers on our new home, however, thanks to Harvey's letter writing and prompt follow-up, our offer was the one accepted. He's always willing to go above and beyond for his clients. We’ve worked with other realtors previously and never experienced the many ways a realtor can help you until we worked with Harvey Long.

We most fortunately had the pleasure of knowing and dealing with Barbara Gahry. Barbara is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Her mannerisms should be an example for all agents. Barbara Gahry's devotion to the her clients is always her "priority". Unlike many others agents; the client is primary. If you ever have an in service for your agents, you should use Barbara as the model agent to aspire to become. Barbara would be an erudite real estate agent.

After a busy few months settling into our new place in Perico Bay Club, I wanted to take a moment to thank our agent Peggy Horlander for working with us. When we first met Peggy in at an open house, we found her to be eager and enthusiastic to answer all of our questions. We spent time looking at properties again with her. By then we knew what we were looking for and she kept us posted on new listings. Sherri is very positive, knows all about the area, and is truly passionate about helping you find the best home for your family. She showed us a couple of neighborhoods we had never seen, gave us great advice during negotiations with the builder of our new house, and was always ready to answer all our questions -- about everything from taxes to utilities and landscaping to local MDs. On top of everything else, she just helped make the process fun. My husband and I recommend her without reservation.
