Janet is a GEM! She is very knowledgeable, patient and an excellent real-estate agent. I know she is an asset to the Michael Saunders Company. I would certainly recommend my friends and family to Janet and definitely would contact Janet in the future if I decide to buy another home. It was wonderful working with Jody. We were new to the area and she was very helpful showing us houses in the different areas of Bradenton. We were fortunate enough to find a house right away and she was very instrumental in helping us with all aspects of the purchase of our home. We were out of town and she set up all the inspection appointments and was there to oversee them. Jody was always available to answer any questions. She was there every step of the way from the initial contract to closing. Jody's knowledge of the area, friendly manner and professionalism made what could be a very stressful process a lot less stressful. We would highly recommend Jody for your realtor!

I was a first time home-buyer when I began working with Larisa. Because this was my first time I did not know what I was doing or what I was getting myself into. Larisa listened to my wants and needs, and guided me in figuring out what exactly I wanted. She then used her expertise to further guide me through the complicated home buying process from beginning to end. She found me a house that I absolutely adore, at a great price the you just can't beat. Thank you!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Cindy Schatzle. Although we expected a high level of service and professionalism in working with Michael Saunders, Cindy’s level of service greatly exceeded our expectations from beginning the house hunting process through closing on our new home. Cindy has a vast level of in-depth knowledge of the area and also educated us on important details related to properties and our search criteria. She immediately responded to our request for assistance and began communicating with us and searching for properties that same day. Since we were on a tight timeline with little lead time prior to our visit to the area, Cindy made us feel like we were her only customer in answering all of our questions and having appointments scheduled for our visit in advance. When meeting Cindy she is friendly, easy to talk to, and we truly enjoyed our day with her as she spent many hours taking us through a large number of properties, which helped us find a wonderful home. She quickly helped us work through the offer process and then manage the pre-closing steps to ensure everything was completed in a timely and seamless manner. Even on our closing day when the seller was delayed, Cindy helped us manage through the challenges to ensure we were not impacted, even delivering finalized copies to us and checking to ensure we were getting settled in okay and asking if she could be of help in any way. Ultimately she has created customers for life and friends along the way due to her personal touch and true caring for people. Thank you Cindy! We truly appreciate you.

Jamie is great. She is a hard worker and always responds to her clients. I have had a great experience with her and my hike in Lakewood ranch. I highly recommend her.
