We have just completed a very professionally and profitably managed sale of our Lakewood Ranch home thanks to our Michael Saunders' realtor, Monica Verinder. The team of Lin and Maurice are the best!! They worked with us patiently until we found the perfect home. Then, they took care of all the necessities after the sales agreement was signed. I am so glad that I chose to list my Sarasota investment property with Kristina Skepton of Michael Saunders & Company. I knew that being an out of state owner would present some unique challenges and that it was important to find a real estate agent who would be willing to "go the extra mile" to be certain that the property was presented well. Kristina was amazing. She not only made certain that all marketing material was professionally done, she coordinated showing times with my tenant to be sure that the home was always well prepared and that the tenant was inconvenienced as little as possible. Kristina communicated with all parties regularly, clearly, honestly and tactfully. My home was sold relatively quickly and thanks to Kristina's ability and willingness to handle every detail, closing took place via mail. I will always be grateful to Kristina for sharing her knowledge, talent and cheerful attitude to help me with this real estate transaction.
