Susan Smith must be rated 5 stars according to our experience with her. Susan was referred to us by a very close friend who bought a house on Longboat Key. Dee Dee is not only a wonderful agent but a terrific person. She saw us through the process on three different trips from NY City. Dee Dee continued sending us listings while we were up north. Once we found a house, she had our backs through thick and thin, during the offer-counter offer process, and recommended wonderful professionals, to supplement and support us through whatever roadblocks appeared. Linda is a truly great Real Estate agent. She has helped us over the years with several transactions. She is unsurpassed in her hardworking energy and great attitude. Linda is always professional and does things right the first time. Besides all that, she is charismatic and great to be around. Sylvia was a God send to us, she guided us though a long and tedious sale. We worked with Victoria both to buy and to sell our home in Stoneybrook at Venice, and both times we had a wonderful experience. The seller for our home when we bought it was very difficult to deal with, but she went out of her way to do whatever she could to take some of the stress off of us and keep our purchase going smoothly. That's why we came to her when it came time to sell the house. She's worked very hard and kept us in the loop and well informed through the whole process. I would highly recommend her services as a realtor to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell.
