Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Laura was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule. Laura brought paperwork to our home late evenings and responded immediately to every request. She followed through on everything she promised and kept track of every detail. I am in a key management position in the new home construction business and I can say that Laura is at the top of the heap when it comes to a real estate professional. I highly recommend Laura for all real estate needs, whether that be a listing or buying agent. Laura understands how to cater to her clients and delivers at the highlest level.

Jennifer is an awesome person. She worked with us through a long relocation process. She continued to provide great leads, quick information & exercised monumental patience with our ever waivering ideas. I know Jenn is super busy but she always made us feel that we were the only person she was trying to help. Jenn, you are a wonderful person and we really do appreciate the job you've done for our family. Scott & Maryann

Julia was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market and very creative and prompt in addressing issues that arose during the transaction. Her guidance and expertise were invaluable. By far the best real estate experience I have ever had.

Bruce is very good at what he does. He listened to EXACTLY what we were looking for in a house, and was able to narrow it down to a few houses that met our requirements. After looking at a hand full of houses in a couple of days, we found exactly what we were looking for. After that (since we live out of state), Bruce scheduled and attended the home and termite inspections on our behalf, and will be assisting us in a lease-back, and future leasing of the property. His level of service is outstanding, and I highly recommend him.

Saint and Marie, YOU DID IT! You helped us find the perfect condo and you helped us sell our LBK condo! You both worked with much time and great effort to get the job done especially working to sell our condo. We are aware of your hard work and the results it produced. Thank you both for all you did to accomplish it all.

It was my privilege to work with Saint Cacchiotti on the purchase of my new home on Long Boat Key. Everything went very well without any problems. Saint assisted in helping with many issues over and above those required to complete the sale. This is the 10th home I have purchased over the past 50+ years and unlike previous experiences the entire process was managed by Saint so that everything proceeded without any problems and was completed on schedule. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with Saint on a home purchase will be indeed lucky.

If you are looking for a Sarasota broker, look no further than The Collier Group, who are unsurpassed in energy, knowledge of the Sarasota market, and customer service. Janis spent an entire weekend showing me different neighborhoods to give me a lay of the land since we were relocating from Boston and then assisted me over the next 6 months in finding the perfect home for our family. In addition to Janis, Mary was available as a knowledgeable resource for child- related relocation concerns, and Ron's help was invaluable when it came time to prepare and negotiate an offer. The whole team went above and beyond to assist me during the buying and relocation process. I selected The Collier Group based on other stellar reviews and they exceeded my high expectations.
