Great job in locating our dream home in Florida. He knew I was looking for that "WOW" factor, water front house and he found it for us. We will not be moving down there for 2 years so please keep us up to date with the house and find us good clean renters until we get there. Don't let them damage the house that we'll be living in the near future.

Larry was very helpful throughout our home buying process. He listened to us and had a good understanding of what we were looking for. Once our offer was accepted he was extremely responsive as questions came up/items needed to be addressed. He made every effort to get to know us on a more personal level, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. Linda is the most professional, thoughtful, and patient realtor we have ever worked with. After driving her crazy for 15+ years, she finally found us a property on Siesta Key that we love!
