Larry was excellent from start to finish! He gave us great advice on how to make our house as marketable as possible. It certainly worked. Larry Cushing, our Agent for the sale of our house in Cascades went beyond the call of duty. Larry gave us advise how best to do a garage sale and sell some of our furniture. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. While our house was listed he and his wife checked in several times on our well being since we had health issues in the past . I interviewed several agents to represent me as I sold my home. Larry was the one I felt that understood my situation and take a chance to list my home at a fair price, even though it was a bit higher than the other agents would suggest. Larry's references were excellent, so our experience together began. Larry worked hard and developed a great narrative.
