I have at least three friends in real estate sales in Burnt Store Marina. I choose Ken for several reasons. 1. I didn't want to hurt any of my friends by choosing over the other. 2. There is no better agent. Period. Janet will go the extra mile every time. My family and I are looking for a home and she knows EVERYONE in town. She has helped with schools, playdates, restaurants and has shown us brilliant listings... should be in contract this week - we just have to decide which wonderful home to choose.

I met Megg at an open house while I was house hunting for my very first home. She quickly became my realtor and helped me find the perfect home. She was thorough in her research and very knowledgeable about real estate in the Bradenton area. She understood my needs, was available around my schedule and seemed to really care that I bought the right home for me. I can't say enough good things about Megg. If I ever sell or buy again, I will absolutely work with Megg.

When David started as the rental agent at Heritage Oaks Golf & CC in Sarasota it seemed as things changed for us overnight. Even though we have been renting our property on a seasonal bases since 2005 David seemed to be able to find off season rentals for us immediately. David always stayed in contact with us to keep us up to date on everything concerning rentals or any problems with the property. When a situation would occur that we could not handle from afar David always stepped in to help resolve the issue. It was very comforting for us to know we had David to watch over our investment. I am sorry to see David leave Heritage Oaks as he was a tremendous asset to us. I hope his new position at Michael Saunders will benefit him well.
