Gladys is an amazing realtor. She did more than help me buy a house, she helped me find a home, the perfect home! Gladys has amazing knowledge of the area and the process. She works with all parties to make sure there are no communication gaps which is a tremendous feat when so many people are involved. You will be well taken care and with her premium knowledge and excellent judgement. You would be doing yourself a great disservice by choosing anyone other than Gladys for your real estate needs.

Tim and I met many years ago, and it was extremely fortunate that a house search in Venice for my daughter was in his capable hands. He is professional, ethical, and hard working. He stuck with us through many visits to properties, and guided us well through every step. His input regarding particular properties was very helpful, and he took us through contract negotiations resulting in a very good situation for seller and buyer. He was present for all inspections, and always had good insight into resolving any challenges. He communicated very well with the seller's agent and my attorney throughout, right to closing. I recommend him highly as a very committed professional who will commit the time and energy to handle every detail for a successful transaction.

You dealt with getting the right tenants for the rental & finding just the right buyer that would assume the remaining months on the lease to close the deal. Buying a home is never easy, especially from out of state. But working with Barb was an awesome experience! She was so flexible with her schedule to accommodate ours.
