Kristina really went above and beyond what we expected from a realtor. She scheduled a day to come help us declutter and stage our home. Her ideas were excellent! She advertised our property everywhere imaginable; it worked! She had our house sold after only 4 days on the market for more than asking price! If I sell another home I will definitely use Kristina!

Deborah was exceptionally well organized in her presentations of properties to my wife and I, she had set up a note book with all sorts of information and facts about the properties that we were interested in, and even organized them by showing order. She was always cheerfully available to us, returning calls promptly, getting us the information that we needed to make decisions. I have already recommended her to friends of mine looking at property in the area, and would never hesitate to do so again. You've got a great one there, Michael!

Rise was our Realtor very professional we live in Illinois so it was difficult to be there in the selling of our home . I was in hospital when Rise started with us so my daughter handled a lot and her and Rise were a good team ! Rise is very caring and always on top of things that needed attention to our home . Overall we are very happy with how the sale turned out . Thank you again Rise !

John August is a superb realtor. He was infinitely patient and gracious with me despite the fact that I could not make up my mind. It is thanks to his numerous tours of Sarasota real estate with me that I have now formed an opinion of what would suit me and therefore what I hope to buy. Despite the fact that I have not (yet!) bought anything through him I would recommend him unreservedly. It was my good fortune to meet a competent and gracious gentleman.

I was lucky enough to work with both Janis and Mary during my very busy three days in Florida searching for a second home for my family. I came down with a list of homes I wanted to see and a plan in place after speaking with Janis before my arrival. My trip was very well planned out and organized. I did not have to worry about anything but the houses I was looking at. They even brought drinks and snacks for our long days. I had so much fun with them. Now during the process of purchasing a home they all, including Ron, have been with us every step of the way looking out for us and our best interest. I would recommend this group 100%.
