Linda Thompson did an excellent job of selling our mothers condominium. Having just accepted a job in Sarasota, Monica Verinder spent an entire weekend with our family acquainting us to neighborhoods, housing options and builders in the Sarasota and surrounding communities. She was tireless, patient and attentive to our needs. She was committed to find the right home for our family. By the end of the weekend, we had found the perfect house for our family. Michael acted as our Sellers' broker for my deceased mother-in-law's estate. We just closed the sale for $2.5 mm. He had represented her and her pre-deceased husband when they bought the same unit a decade ago. I am a retired attorney and have worked with R.E. brokers and on real estate matters many times. I generally have a somewhat jaded view about the value provided by commissioned brokers. Michael overcame my biases and completely earned the trust and appreciation of my wife and I. He was easy to work with, responsive and knew the market and best practices. Additionally, we really appreciated that he was not "pushy" and encouraged us to try to first sell the unit to some of the neighbors in the same complex before committing to the sales contract with him. We also liked his dry sense of humor. Before retaining Michael, I researched the Long Boat Key, Florida market and interviewed his main two broker competitors in the area for high-end condos. Michael won that contest hands down. I will recommend him to any friends who need a broker in the Sarasota area in the future.

We had pleasure and a great experience while working with Laura! We are brand new to the area and learned a great deal from her with the great knowledge she has of the area. After a half-day of seeing houses we had picked (total rejects), we then let Laura do her research on what we like in a home and she came up with several options to see the next day. Fortunately for us, one of those she found worked perfectly and we made an offer! Laura didn't stop there either. She set us up to speak to an array of inspectors and home mortgage lenders! Thank you Laura, we would recommend you to anyone who's looking for a home, your great wealth of knowledge of the communities is exceptional!!!!
