Chris is the consummate professional. He takes the time to fully understand our needs and desires for what our new home should be. Once evaluated, he finds us EXACTLY the homes we will immediately love and shows us several within our price range. He works very hard to do a complete job, takes us around, shows us all the homes, and unselfishly puts in the time it takes to make the customer happy. He communicates very clearly and sticks to the objective at hand, always checking in along the way to ensure we are still on target. All of these things in a friendly, well speaking professional who comes across well, and shows the Michael Saunders Realty team to be what it is...a highly motivated professional realtor organization, the goal of which is to satisfy the most important thing.....the CUSTOMER. Plus, he takes the extra effort to get us started with necessary allied professionals like mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other resources which are required to complete the process. Sandy never let's obstacles change her sunny disposition. We had people who forgot to leave keys, people who were supposed to be home to let us in and weren't there. One by one Sandy resolved the situation calmly and quickly. She is tireless, dedicated to her clients and a delight to work with.

Elizabeth was recommended to me this past fall as I wanted to relocate to Sarasota, and I was just thrilled to meet her and work with her. Julie is an excellent Real Estate Agent. She is very conscientious and her communication is timely and helpful. She follows up on items after the closing to ensure the buyers are satisfied. I would certainly recommend using her.
