Susan's service was outstanding. Susan is a very experienced and knowledgeable real estate professional who knows the Sarasota/Bradenton market very well. She guided us through the purchase process ensuring that were were aware of all the information and issues that that we needed to take into consideration to ensure a successful purchase. She was always thinking ahead , anticipating our questions and concerns and providing us with the information needed to compare the different markets and communities as well as individual properties. Her guidance and knowledge was invaluable and very much appreciated. Her assistance did not stop once we completed the final offer/acceptance process. She also assisted us with various aspects of the closing process, including the home inspection and deficiency remediation, arranging insurance and arranging for the set up of the required utilities and a number of other matters. She also assisted us with the identification of potential contractors for the post close renovation work that we wanted to have completed. I would highly recommend Susan to anyone interested in buying or selling a property in the Sarasota/ Bradenton market. We worked with Susan seven years ago with our first real estate purchase in the area, were very happy with this current experience and would certainly want to work with her again on any future real estate transactions in the area.

We live in Minnesota and needed to purchase an escape property for the winter months. We met Joanne and within 5 minuets bought our condo. That was 4 years ago, since then she has helped us with looking for additional properties and advising us along the way. With the many letters I received from agents wanting to list my home, I made the right decision to call Marlene Marshall. Marlene is extremely professional and pleasant at all times; it was my pleasure to work with her. I was able to reach her at any time and that was very important to me. The call center always gave me advanced notice of an appointment and an early call back of any cancellation. I want to thank your company for all that was done by the staff during the negotiations and purchase of my new residence in Bradenton. My Realtor Steve Durand deserves a special shout out for his help and encouragement. His extra efforts made the whole process a pleasure to go through.
