After two years of testing the waters on purchasing an investment home in Florida, we tapped Marlene to help us bring the dream to reality. Our experience with Chris was extremely successful. He understood exactly what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay. We were able to get maximum square footage at a low cost since the house was a foreclosure. Chris brokered the deal and succeeded in lowering the cost for us as well as following up with a lower price since there were repairs that the house needed. Our house was a gorgeous 6,171 SF water-front home with many high-end upgrades but after spending 16 months trying to sell our house with another realty company, we switched to Jane Ebury and with her smart market strategy, the house was sold in just 30 days! Jane suggested making changes to the furniture in the house to look its best. She sent in a professional photographer to take some great pictures of the house inside and out including an aerial view of the lake in the back. Then she marketed it aggressively using her company Michael Saunders & Company's various social media and other advertising sources. She took time to qualify perspective buyers to assure the match. She spent the time with potential buyers at open houses to point out all the special and unique features of the home. All those things really made a huge difference.
