Linda was very professional in assessing our priorities, selling our Dad's house quickly to a buyer well suited to the neighborhood, and helped us get the house ready to sell by determining what repairs and maintenance really needed to be done before selling. With family members living thousands of miles away from Sarasota, it was helpful to have Linda there to handle all aspects of the preparation and sale. We were satisfied with the selling price and happy with the ease of the whole process. I would definitely recommend her and the agency to other home buyers and sellers.

I want to echo the comments submitted by my wife, Karen Snyder, with respect to Linda. She patiently and competently guided us through the selection process and, once we decided on a property, moved us along the path to a successful purchase. Further, after the closing she stayed with us to iron out the wrinkles that arise when buyers are out of state. She stands head and shoulders above her peers as a real estate professional and is a genuine person.

I would rate Debra as 5 star. We have sold many places and have never had anyone work so hard to sell our property as Debra did. Christine and Jennifer are outstanding realtors. This was a second purchase for me with Christine. Approximately 1 year ago, I purchased a condo on Siesta Key with my brother. At that time, I had told her that I would be looking for a home of my own in the near future. I called Christine and she was such an advocate for my brother and I when purchasing our condo.. She is trustworthy, has an awesome work ethic, and has super interpersonal skills! An extra benefit it that she is SO much fun to be around. Having Jennifer on the team was an extra-special bonus. Jennifer is honest, hard-working and has such a sense of detail. In my mind, I had the PERFECT TEAM! These ladies need to be cloned! I love both of them to pieces. I still can't believe that they worked their magic. They completed the transactin in such a time efficient of one week. I can't believe they found the perfect place and negotiated an awesome deal!
