It was a pleasure meeting Debbie Vogler. The difference she made in our initial meeting in comparison with our previous agent was phenomenal. Debbie is caring, knowledgeable, diligent, and proactive. I really liked that she brought us clipboard and pen with printouts from listings we were viewing-organized and anticipatory of needs. Very Impressive. When I returned to Bradenton in Aug. and decided to purchase a home,condo or villa the first person I contacted was Rebecca. I had the pleasure of working with her on the very sucessful sale of my home in Lakewood Ranch a year ago. Jon Fox was honestly by far the best agent we've ever worked with. Jon is funny, fun to be with, infinitely patient, extremely knowledgeable about the area, considerate, thoughtful, and exceptionally organized. He worked with us for over three years as we refined our thinking from a high rise to a single family home on a third of an acre lot in a gated community. He has a tremendous awareness of various neighborhoods, and was very candid. He always made us conscious of the areas surrounding the individual properties we were viewing. He guided us through the minutia of closing. It was a very smooth transaction from start to finish.

Jennifer Sangbush worked with us for over two years. We are by far not the big spenders that some might give special priority, yet Jennifer remained professional. Let us tell you that when Jeff Weller saw that a house on Indian Beach was for sale and that the price had been reduced to a reasonable level; he emailed us. Jeff knows we are “old house” people. We came immediately for a look and bought it. Jeff has been amazing in putting this complex deal together and walking us through it. We think Jeff is a very smart and classy guy. He knew that beautiful old house would be a fit for us and we will be taking it to the next level. Now we will be listing our condo at the Ritz with Jeff.

I want to share how extremely pleased we are with our new home and Sylvia Isaacs. We are first time home buyers and Sylvia was so very helpful in guiding us through everything.
