I want to tell you how happy I am with the service provided by Connie Lyke Brown. Connie helped find the perfect house. She knew what I was looking for and while I was 1,000 miles away trying to sell my house, she found me a house that met my needs perfectly. I was so confident in her knowledge of the neighborhood and my requirements that I bought the house without actually seeing it in person. Connie took pictures and videos which she sent to me. As soon as I saw the pictures I made an offer which was accepted. I am now living in the house and I couldn't be happier.

I purchased a villa with the assistance of Jim. I live in Buffalo, NY and needed living arrangements for my son, who is attending dental school in Bradenton. Jim went out of his way to arrange home showings during our limited visit in Florida. He understood what I wanted in a residence and even skyped the villa we eventually purchased. Linda, in my opinion, is one of he best Real Estate Agents in the Country. She is extremely professional and during a very difficult time in my life she acted in a caring and loving matter and GOT THE PROPERTY SOLD
