Christine is a go getter. She can go faster than you, or as slow as you need, but is thorough and to the point at every step. She has broad knowledge of the Sarasota and surrounding markets and is comfortable operating at a wide range of price points. Christine stays on task well past the closing date with follow ups, recommendations, and general assistance to the new owners. She will not disappoint.

We met Helene Johnston In September 2014 while we were looking for a property in Florida, We were so very lucky that she was 'on duty' when we walked into the LBK Real Estate Office that afternoon. Joan does a superb job selling property for those lucky and wise enough to to select her as their realtor in the Venice area. She has a long history there and puts it to good use in all the steps of the sales process. She promoted the property aggressively from start to finish. She knows suppliers to use for repairs etc. if needed. Most importantly she is easy to work with and never too busy to answer a question or offer reassurance. I highly recommend her.

Camille went above and beyond to make the stressful relocating of a home as perfect as possible. She truly helped make my new house my home.
