I have worked with the realtor team of Julia McClung and Barbara May for the sale of my home in Sarasota. I found them to be very professional, organized and persistent. This year we hired Janice to manage/lease our newly purchased LBK condo. The place needed furnishings, decor, maintenance, repairs, etc. to get it ready to be rented. We live in the N.E. and Janice took total control of entire process. We've never had anyone work harder on our behalf. Her multiple trips to HomeGoods alone exceeded our every expectation! Bottom line: Janice got the place ready in record time and booked it to 3 different renters (50 total weeks) within a month. Our strongest recommendation.

Joanna was very professional and was willing to meet with us at any time. She explained everthing very well and obtained a contract on our house within two days of listing it. She was pleasant and I enjoyed working with her.

Lisa was very eager to sign on with our condo rental. She did all the comps and had everything in order when we met. I had a good feeling about her and she did get the job done though it took some time. Her communication through e-mails and phone is slow to non existant. After sending her an e-mail and not getting a response after 3 days I would send another and say something like "hello are you there" and then she would respond. She told me she responded to her emergency clients first...well when i did have an emergency and was locked out of my condo i called her at 4 pm and didn't get a return call until 11am the next day. Whenever she showed the property she did not contact me with input, I had to chase her and wait and wait. It was very frustrating to have to deal with this on a daily basis and this went on for 5 months. Her customer service skills from an owner's standpoint was below average as far as I was concerned. When she found a tenant I wanted to meet with them and I told Lisa when I would be leaving Florida. The day i was leaving and on my way to the airport I got 3 messages from her in a tizzy that we had to meet to sign papers etc. I told her she had a week to plan this and now that I am leaving she wanted it done now. We did work it out through online communication but it was all too nerve racking working with her. I would not work with LIsa again.

We love her! She is great, goes out of her way to help in all areas of the buying process.Pam helped us with our insurance not just on our new home but our car. She told us the good points of a home and gave us the things she saw that may be a problem later on. Pam is honest and works hard to find the right home for her clients. She dropped everything to help us for two weeks to find a home. We were on a tight time line because we moved from another state and our things were in an 18 wheeler waiting for us to give the go ahead to come here to our new home. She found us a great place here in Sarasota Springs.I would give her the highest rating over anyone!
