I was put into contact with Victoria when I was looking for a new home due to relocation to the Sarasota area. She took time to really listen to what we liked, not only the layout of the actual house, but also the feeling we wanted to have in the home and the surrounding neighborhood. We did not yet live in town, so Victoria took time to preview the homes for us, allowing the short time we were in town to be spent looking at only homes which met our search criteria. Victoria ensured a quick sale, working hard to navigate through several issues that arose with the closing...several at the very last minute. I am very grateful for the recommendation I received to her, and would most definitely use her services again.
