We chose to use Michael Saunders & Co's Jennifer Linehan as our agent as we felt that her professionalism, vast contacts and knowledge of the industry/area would yield the best result for both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. Jennifer represented us to the utmost degree, keeping us informed on any leads or prospects. She held an open house that yielded several offers, one of which we accepted and went under contract. Once we were under contract she was very diligent in getting loose ends wrapped up and keeping the deal stable and solid and also keeping us protected throughout the process. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Dede Curran. She was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and always followed up on our questions and concerns. She made excellent recommendations and gave good advice and, being from New York, we were glad to absorb her local knowledge. Even before we met her in person, Dede helped us bidding on a property online, something we had never considered. She fully explained how it would work and how would we have an opportunity to cancel once we saw the property which alleviated our concerns regarding online bidding. As it turned out, we were outbid on that property but much happier with the home we eventually purchased and Dede was instrumental in setting up the house inspection and recommending other local services. Even though we had a virtual closing, we were comfortable knowing Dede was there representing us. In conclusion, we will be recommending Ms. Curran and Michael Saunders & Company to all our friends when they come down to visit us and decide to be snowbirds like us.
