Hello,I am writing to share some. Feedback for our listing agent, Marcia Cullinan. We listed our house in Gulf Cove in December of 2019 with Marcia. We were familiar with several local agents, but decided to list with Marcia due to her personal touch. Prior to listing, Marcia reached out to us via mail requesting the opportunity to be the listing agent for our property after a mutual neighbor mentioned our interest in selling. This was, in my experience, unique. Marcia performed all promised duties in a timely fashion during the listing process. Her expertise and professionalism was stellar. We were so happy with everything about the sale of our house. You were so accommodating.Things have been pretty crazy since we left Florida. We’re living at our son's house on Lake Wiley in South Carolina so it’s kinda like a vacation, but looking for a new house all the time. Being with family is so special. We were lucky enough to work with Karen Scott in Venice, FL. Karen came recommended to us by our mother in law. Karen was a wonderful agent. She was patient, did the best to answer all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured. She has gone above and beyond to support us during the purchasing period. Karen also had knowledge of manufactured homes, which was a real asset. To Whom it may concern,Our experience with Michael Saunders, and particularly with agent Charlie O’Donnell, was 100 positive. Our condo in Venice, FL sold quickly. So no open houses were necessary. Even so, Charlie kept us informed about all showings, and whenever there was a serious prospective buyer. He was easy to contact, and quick to return calls whenever we needed to leave a message. He answered all questions thoroughly, and and his warm friendly personality made working with him a pleasure. He explained the sales and closing process in a way that made it easy to understand. I only have great things to report about Crystal. She went above and beyond our expectations of what a real estate agent would provide. She answered all the questions we had. She was extremely patient as we spent two days looking at properties in the area. We found her to be affable and she had taken a personal interest in ensuring we found a home that we loved. Even after the closing of the house, we still stay in contact. She is still available to answer questions and has even stopped by the house to take in my garbage cans as we live out of state! Above all else, my wife and I consider her to be a friend. As you state in the opening of your letter "we work each day to provide exceptional service..." and Crystal has certainly done that. You also state in the last line of your letter about achieving our goals. Having a home in Florida has been a dream of ours for many years and Crystal has helped make that dream come true. Debbie was recommended to represent us as buyers through our Washington state realtor’s relocation service. We knew we could expect a high caliber of service and Debbie totally delighted! She corresponded several times before the meet-up by e-mails and calls sending many listings to whet our appetites. About 5 days prior to our arrival In the area, we received dozens of listings, brand new and newer all within the areas, in our price range and with features we were seeking. These were all categorized and laid out on a grid map of the area. She was a great pleasure to work with and followed our guidance the whole time, yet always offering a helpful opinion when asked. Just a note to tell you how pleased I was with the sale of my mothers condominium.Mr. James Jablonski was the agent that handled the sale. He could not have been morehelpful, knowledgeable or competent. There were, as always, unexpected hurdles and hiccupsright up to the 11th hour of the sale. I wanted to let you know about Linda Mazner. She is a very kind, patient and knowledgeable sales agent. My home sold in 14 days, at the start of COVID. She was calm and answered every question I had during this transition. It was very unique because of the COVID. With that said, my sale was a smooth as possible. My husband and I have been working with Patrick and Maureen Doherty for the past 6 years. We've completed 5 transactions with them now.
