Janis & Ron Collier sold my house at 7523 Ascot Court, University Park In May 2020. She advised me about changes I should make in my home to enhance its marketability. I signed the sale Listing agreement with her on Dec. 13, 2019, and my house was under contract on January 12, 2020- pretty remarkable and much faster than I had expected! Marybeth was a pleasure to work with. On top of things the whole time. She was great at communicating and checking in to make sure we knew what was going on, and if there was anything we needed to do. And she was always offering to help and had all kinds of resources available such as movers, contractors, inspectors, etc. We enjoyed working with her so much as buyers, we asked her to be our agent to sell our current condo.
